With the loss of our local fine yarn shop in 2024 and the concurrent availability of a lovely retail gallery space in the heart of "downtown" Stockbridge, we decided to fill the need for a local fine yarn shop while highlighting the vast wealth of diverse talent here in Berkshire County, MA.

Both of us are Stockbridge residents and lifelong knitters; Diane owning/operating the Stockbridge Country Inn B&B since 1983 and Roxanne having worked at Colorful Stitches Fine Yarns in nearby Lenox, MA after a career in Information Technology and owning/operating vacation rentals.

We look forward to providing high quality, beautiful items and fine yarns for locals and visitors alike. Roxanne gladly offers assistance with knitting/crocheting projects, pattern interpretation, etc.

To deliver your favorite products, we utilize United States Postal Service (USPS). We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always here to help if something goes wrong. All shipping costs are determined by weight, shipping destination and include a handling/packaging charge. Unwound yarn, kits, and other purchases in their ORIGINAL condition may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you desire an exchange, please call us at 413-298-7070 and let us know what item(s) you would like to have shipped in exchange.
